Pavement Design
Scoping - Working with you to determine the type of pavement required and the anticipated loads
Investigation - Determination of the allowable loads through geotechnical testing of the sub-grade to find CBR, PSD, Atterberg Limits, Linear Shrinkage and In-Service Moisture Conditions
Design - MIBROS will work with you to find the most appropriate design taking into account local materials, constructability and cost
Supervision - If required MIBROS can provide third party supervision of the pavement construction
Treatment and Rehabilitation of Existing Pavements
Effective treatment of the existing pavement is crucial in getting the most out of a pavement.
Treating a pavement at the right time can extend the life of a pavement and reduce capital expenditure.
MMIBROS specialise in assessment and treatment of existing pavements, we have the capability of carrying out pavement cores/dippings, testing of in-situ material and recommendation of the most effective treatment including mechanistic design of the proposed pavement.
Asset Management and Preparation of Forward Works Plan
MIBROS have the capability of reviewing pavement condition surveys and bearing in mind available funds and appropriate rehabilitation treatments to create an optimised forward works plan.
